NYC is a great city to walk around and enjoy the architecture and the street culture. In the late 1980s, I would tote my 4x5 view camera about spending time staring upward and documenting the spectacular architecture. I developed the sheet film in my bedroom on Charles Street and made contact prints using timer and a 15 watt bulb hanging from the ceiling. The process was simple, practical, and wonderfully relaxing.
